Each store has the following number of claw machines:

How many tokens does each claw machine take to play?
All Claw Machines are ONLY One Token to play!
Are your Claw Machines rigged like other Claw Machines?
We consider our machines to be more "loose" (easier) than most claw establishments. Our claw machines have three prongs rather than two or four. In most cases, three-pronged claw machines are optimal. Our employees are also trained to "help" (fluff the machine) if a customer is struggling to win. Our goal is for every customer to have fun and walk away with an amazing experience, and have the option to trade in for bigger plushies.
Can I turn in my plushies for a bigger plushie?
YES! You can turn in your plushies that you won during your time at the arcade for a bigger plushie!
Can i bring back my plushies at a later time and trade in for upgrades?
Sorry, once the plushies leave the arcade, they are no longer upgradable.
What are my upgrade options?
Our upgrade options start from small (10 - 14 inches) and go all the way up to extra large (48 inches plus). To see our full upgrade chart, please proceed to our plushie upgrade page.
Can i upgrade the mini-plushies in the mini-claw machines?
Sorry, mini plushies are not part of the upgrade program.
How can I get a Dragon Claw coffee mug or tumbler?
The branded DragonClaw coffee mugs and tumblers can be purchased, won by upgrading or won through our social media giveaways!
Do you offer party packages or private events?
Yes we have party packages that include exclusive arcade access, token packages and includes a large plushie of your choice.

Our DragonClaw VIPs receive 30 FREE tokens a month, Bonus Tokens on Token Packages, Discounts on Upgrades and Discounts on Parties!
